Create a profile, then choose how you want to take part. Opportunities depend on your area and the local pilot.
For players
Set up one profile to share your interests and availability. Sub Bench invitations are rolling out as the local pilot grows. Joining a bench or sharing availability does not reserve a spot or guarantee an invitation.
For organizers
Anyone can organize games or request substitutes. Independent groups are welcome; club affiliation is not required. Publishing public Game Cards is a separate feature limited to approved pilot organizers. Apply for access from your profile; applying does not grant publishing access.

Three steps. The example card above walks through the same request and approval, without a real game.
The organizer publishes the time, place, format, level, spots, and any fee the host charges.
The player opens the link in a browser. Sending a request does not confirm the seat.
The organizer approves the person who fits. One open seat stays one seat.
Your group chat finds volunteers. Dilly Pass keeps a record of who requested the spot, whether they fit the game you posted, and who you confirmed.
Players and organizers do not pay Dilly Pass to create an account, share a card, request a spot, or join a waitlist. A club or facility may still charge its own guest fee. That amount belongs on the card when the organizer enters it. Dilly Pass does not collect it.
$0
Yes, at the platform level. A venue can still charge its own fee. There is no Dilly Pass subscription on this page.
Sign in to check for games people have chosen to list, or open a Game Card link an organizer sent you. Availability depends on your area and the local pilot.
Anyone can organize games or request substitutes, and independent groups do not need club affiliation. Apply for public Game Card publishing access from your profile. Only approved pilot organizers can publish; applying does not grant access.
No. The organizer who published the card approves the request. A full card can take a waitlist and still does not confirm an extra player.
No. The organizer writes the level for that game. Dilly Pass does not show a DUPR-verified badge and does not waive a venue's guest rules.
Paste the link into the chat. Those apps do not get a built-in Dilly button. The person opens the link in a browser.
A player can withdraw a request. A confirmed player can release the spot, and the organizer can release a confirmed seat. The waitlist is not confirmed automatically.
Court Pulse and paid Smart Recruitment are not generally available. Listed opportunities and invitations depend on the local pilot; an organizer approves each Game Card request.
